All companions presented through our platform operate independently and are solely responsible for their own decisions, conduct and arrangements.

Our role is limited to introductions, coordination and administrative support.

17.CONTACT DETAILS & CIRCUMVENTION PROHIBITION

To protect the integrity, safety and operational structure of our introduction service, all communication and arrangements must remain within The Velvet House booking channel unless expressly authorised by us in writing.

The exchange of personal contact details between clients and companions introduced through The Velvet House — including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, messaging accounts, social media accounts or direct payment details — is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to arrange private bookings, repeat meetings, or payment outside the agency process constitutes circumvention.

Where circumvention or unauthorised contact exchange is identified or reasonably suspected:

• the client may be permanently blacklisted
• the companion may be removed and blacklisted
• future service may be refused to either or both parties
• outstanding agency fees may still be pursued where applicable

These protections are necessary to maintain companion safety, client discretion standards and fair operation of our introduction service.
